    Im Fokus dieses Beitrags steht das Verhältnis von Sprache und Gewalt, die an sich selbst ausgeübt wird, insbesondere deren Versprachlichung und der damit einhergehende Gebrauch (fach)spezifischen Wortschatzes. Bei der Analyse wird der Frage nachgegangen, wie SVV in Online-Diskussionsforen für Betroffene und deren Angehörige dargestellt wird. Der Fokus liegt dabei auf den sprachlichen Mitteln bei der Beschreibung dieser psychischen Störung und der damit verbundenen Verhaltensweisen. Eine nicht zu vernachlässigende Rolle spielen dabei pragmatische Komponenten der Textgestaltung, insbesondere die der Emotionalität. Dies wird aus einer deutsch-tschechischen Perspektive betrachtet, um einen interlingualen Vergleich der Darstellung des Verhältnisses von Gewalt und Sprache zu ermöglichen The focus of this paper is the relationship between language and self-inflictedviolence in particular its verbalization and the corresponding use of a specific vocabulary. The analysis examines how self-harm is presented in online discussion forums for affected persons and their relatives. The focus is on the linguistic means of thedescription of this mental disorder and the associated behavior. Pragmatic components of the text design, especially the emotionality, play a role that is not to be underestimated. This is considered from a German-Czech perspective to enable an interlingual comparison of the representation of the relationship between violence and language.

    Im Beitrag werden sog. Internationalismen bzw. Europäismen am Beispiel deverbaler Derivate von Verben auf "-ieren" thematisiert, die sowohl mit dem Suffix "-ung" als auch mit "-ation" auftreten können. Dabei werden Ergebnisse einer empirischen Studie unter Germanistik-Studierenden der Universität Ostrava präsentiert. Zum einen wird eine metatranslatorische Analyse von 40 studentischen Übersetzungen von kurzen Online-Zeitungstexten mit jeweils einem deverbalen Derivat auf "-ace" aus dem Tschechischen ins Deutsche und eine quantitative Auswertung des Vorkommens verschiedener Varianten durchgeführt. Zum anderen wird ein Fragebogen ausgewertet, der im Anschluss an die oben erwähnte Übersetzung an die Studierenden ausgehändigt wurde und zum Ziel hatte, festzustellen, welchen Einfluss die Verwendung verschiedener Hilfsmittel (ein- und zweisprachiger Wörterbücher u.Ä.) und die Kenntnis verschiedener Fremdsprachen (insbesondere des Englischen) auf die Wahl der entsprechenden Variante mit "-ung" oder "-ation" hatte. Vor dem Hintergrund einer Fehleranalyse der Übersetzungen werden verschiedene metalexikografische, korpuslinguistische, morphosyntaktische und semantische Aspekte in Bezug auf ausgewählte Doppelformen erörtert und zusammenhängende didaktische Perspektiven dargelegt.

    Tento článek tématicky navazuje na přìspěvek "Nominalizačnì tendence v jazyce ekonomiky" v časopise Studia Germanistica 3, přičemņ podává odpovědi na otázky spjaté s tehdy vznikajìcì disertačnì pracì s názvem "Grammatische Mittel der Informationskondensierung in Wirtschaftstexten". V článku je zmìněna souvislost mezi mìrou abstrakce a jazykovou kondenzacì a také pragmatické faktory, které ovlivņujì jejì výskyt v odborném textu. Ve druhé části jsou souhrnně uvedeny výsledky empirické analýzy v oblasti infinitivnìch konstrukcì. Pozornost je věnována zejména faktorům, které majì vliv na jejich uņitì v textu oproti konkurenčnìm vedlejńìm větám. This article is thematically related to the study "Nominalizing tendencies in the language of economy" in Studia Germanistica 3; it responds to questions connected with research for the doctoral dissertation "Grammatische Mittel der Informationskondensierung in Wirtschaftstexten". The article examines the connection between the level of abstraction and linguistic condensation together with pragmatic factors affecting these features in professional texts. The second part of the study presents the results of an empirical analysis of infinitive constructions. The author focuses particularly on factors influencing the use of these constructions in texts, as opposed to competing structures – subordinate clauses.

    Příspěvek pojednává o výrazových prostředcích emocí uţitých v internetových komentářích, které reflektují jedno z nejvýznamnějších fotbalových utkání mistrovství světa roku 2010 – semifinále mezi Německem a Španělskem. Fotbal skýtá ohromný emoční potenciál, který přímo ovlivņuje textovou produkci. V komentářích je jednoznačně patrná polarita emocí. Intenzivní emoční proţitek se v korpusu projevuje velkou variabilitou jazykových prostředků, z nichţ nejčastější jsou zejména lexikální prostředky a také rétorické figury, zejména pak metafory. Internetová komunikace pak nabízí další, nonverbální prostředky vyjádření emocí, které jsou typické pro tzv. cyberslang. This paper examines means of expressing emotions in internet commentaries on one of the most important football matches of the World Cup 2010 – the semi-final between Germany and Spain. Football contains enormous emotional potential which directly influences text production. The commentaries clearly reveal a polarity of emotions. In the corpus, intensive emotional experiences are manifested in a wide variability of linguistic means, of which the most frequent are lexical means and rhetorical figures, especially metaphors. Internet communication also offers non-verbal means of expressing emotion that are typical of so-called cyberslang.

    This paper addresses the means of expressing emotions in internet discussion forums focusing on issues of death and dying; these issues are to a large extent considered taboo in society. The death of a loved one is a highly intense emotional experience. The analysis takes into account the verbal and non-verbal means of expressing grief, various levels of emotionality, and also the cognitive concepts forming the basis of metaphorical expressions that are closely connected with death and dying.
