    To celebrate the 10th anniversary of the CODEX Book Fair and Symposium, the Codex Foundation commissioned 26 printers and book artists from eight countries to contribute a single signature to a printers' assembling and exchange entitled "Alchimie du Verbe"

    The first Codex Assembling is a collaborative undertaking .... The wrapper for each contribution was printed letterpress at Peter Koch Printers an Kawashi Paper supplied by Hiromi Paper, and the collection is house in a variable edition of clamshell boxes designed and produce by John DeMerrit Bookbinding in Emeryville, California

    The Codex Foundation celebrated its tenth year, and fifth Book Fair and Symposium on February 8-11, 2015 at the Craneway Pavilion, on the waterfront in Richmond, California

    Issued in an edition of twenty-six copies letterd A to Z for distribution to the participants, forty numbered copies offered for sale, and four copies designated hors de commerce
