    Con il rapido sviluppo dei dati elettronici e della trasmissione degli stessi, anche per la lessicografia storica si sono registrati negli ultimi anni notevoli cambiamenti, che corrispondono a un rivoluzionamento epocale. Questo volume contiene le relazioni che si sono tenute nell'aprile 2002 durante il colloquio in occasione del settantesimo compleanno di Max Pfister. I singoli contributi trattano dell'elaborazione e dell'utilizzazione delle banche dati in Internet e su CD-ROM, dei problemi ecdotici che si presentano nella trasformazione delle basi testuali in forma elettronica e dell'importanza dei nuovi media per vari progetti attuali incentrati sulla lessicografia storica dell'italiano. In the last few years, the headlong development of electronic data carriers and electronic data transmission has occasioned changes in historical lexicography that mark the onset of a new epoch. The volume contains articles by authors specializing in Italian Studies, French Studies, and German Studies on the establishment and use of databases on the internet and on CD-ROM, editorial principles and problems in the preparation of textual base material, and case studies on the significance of the new media for ongoing projects in the historical lexicography of Italian.

    Dopo un inquadramento teorico della fraseologia e una panoramica della fraseografia monolingue e bilingue viene qui analizzato il trattamento delle espressioni idiomatiche all’interno dei dizionari di Tedesco-Italiano. Ne emerge la necessità di migliorarne la registrazione lessicografica e pertanto vengono illustrate le scelte fatte a tal fine nei dizionari dei quali Luisa Giacoma è coautrice. Chiude questo studio una proposta di voce «ideale» che sintetizza quanto è stato fatto negli ultimi anni, soprattutto nei dizionari fraseologici di Hans Schemann, e quanto resta ancora da fare per rendere sempre più usufruibile il patrimonio di espressioni idiomatiche, introducendo informazioni che ne descrivano in modo esplicito gli aspetti lessicali, sintattici, semantici, pragmatici e stilistici.

    Questo volume è consacrato allo studio della teoria della ricezione di Robert Musil, di cui si sono analizzate la genesi e le ripercussioni sul romanzo L’uomo senza qualità. L’autore austriaco trova delle suggestioni importanti per l’elaborazione della sua teoria nella psicotecnica, disciplina oggi nota sotto il nome di psicologia applicata. Per questo la prima parte della ricerca è preceduta da «La psicotecnica e la sua possibilità di applicazione nell’esercito», una relazione che Musil tenne al Ministero della difesa austriaco il 10 marzo 1922, qui tradotta per la prima volta in italiano. Il presente studio analizza inoltre le strategie psicotecniche e retoriche che Musil ha utilizzato per debellare gli stereotipi del pensiero e delle emozioni dei suoi lettori. Secondo Musil quando leggiamo «ci ficcano in testa l’imbuto di Norimberga e un individuo che non conosciamo cerca di versarci nel cervello tutta la sapienza della sua mente e del suo cuore». Per favorire il rinnovamento attraverso la lettura il romanzo propone un uso improprio del concetto di «anima» e dei titoli e quattro «lettori modello»: Clarisse e Moosbrugger nel primo libro, Ulrich e Agathe nel secondo libro. La mia analisi dimostra come Musil abbia forgiato la propria teoria della lettura al confine fra la psicotecnica e la psicologia della Gestalt, contemplando sia l’effetto che l’autore intende raggiungere sul suo lettore (Wirkungsästhetik) che l’effetto realmente prodotto o producibile (Rezeptionsästhetik).

    La Seconda guerra mondiale costituisce una cesura nella storia delle ricezioni del mito di Antigone: l’esperienza del totalitarismo e della Resistenza condiziona in maniera determinante la lettura della tragedia di Sofocle. Eppure c’è un salto cronologico tra l’Antigone di Brecht (1948) e la ricomparsa del mito di Antigone nel teatro e nella letteratura dei primi anni Sessanta. Dopo il 1945, infatti, seguì una bleierne Zeit, un’età di piombo, la cui parola d’ordine fu: dimenticare. L’oblio divenne alibi e conforto insieme. Solo a fatica, a partire dal processo Eichmann (1961), si cominciò davvero a disseppellire il passato, e ne scaturì un tremendo conflittosociale. Sul finire degli anni Sessanta, i figli accusarono i padri di aver consapevolmente taciuto l’orrore e di perpetuare nello Stato capitalista gli stessi meccanismi politici e repressivi della tirannia fascista. Alcuni ingaggiarono contro lo Stato democratico, durante i nuovi ‘anni di piombo’, una lotta a mano armata. I mezzi di comunicazione amplificarono le immagini di corpi insanguinati sull’asfalto, fotografati con una stella a cinque punte sullo sfondo, umiliati nelle ultime ore, cadaveri abbandonati come manichini rotti nel cofano di automobili. In quella nuova guerra, tornava d’attualità il diritto dei morti. Tornava Antigone, nell’ineditoe non antico ruolo della ribelle omicida.Il libro traccia la storia delle ricezioni letterarie di Antigone dal 1945 ai primi anni ’80, in un’Europa prima ridotta in macerie e poi straziata in blocchi ideologici, attraverso testi e autori più noti (Anhouil, Brecht, Döblin, Jens, Böll) e altri decisamente meno conosciuti (Langgässer, Hubalek, Hochhuth, Karvaš, Delbo, Weil).

Diese zentralen Dokumente des konfessonellen Zeitalters geben wichtige Aufschlüsse über die Person Kaiser Rudolfs II., seine Familie und Ratgeber, den Prager Kaiserhof, die Haus- und Reichspolitik Rudolfs II., über die Krise in den Niederlanden, die internationalen Beziehungen des Kaiserhofs und die Strategien des Papsttums im Bereich der nachtridentinischen Reformen und im Kampf gegen den Protestantismus. Biographical note: Alexander Koller, DHI Rom. Main description: This volume contains the correspondence (reports, directives) from the German Apostolic Nunciature sent between September 1578 and December 1581. These key documents from the Confessional Age reveal important personal information concerning the Holy Roman Emperor Rudolf II, his family and advisors, the imperial court in Prague, and about Rudolf II’s domestic and imperial policies. In addition, the documents discuss the crisis in the Netherlands, the imperial court’s international relationships, and the strategies used by the papacy with regard to the post-Tridentine reforms and war against Protestantism.

    Since Terzaghi's edition (1939) no new relevant data were found illustrating the textual history of the Synesian poetic corpus from Late Antiquity to the Palaeologan Byzantium. Thanks to a new inspection of the main manuscripts and the enucleation of thematic and structural incoherencies, hitherto unnoticed, it seems possible to restore the structure of the hymnodic corpus as it was before its original pattern was damaged and modified by late Byzantine editors. Specific researches are devoted to: (1) the displacement of the ninth hymn (originally intended to open the hymns series); (2) the beginning of a new hymn with the last verses of the ninth; (3) the merging of two hymns into what is now the first hymn and a new assessment of the last part of the same piece (according to the Neoplatonic theory of the soul); (4) the real purpose and nature of the hymns 6-8 (uncorrectly considered "tout court" as christological), and the original structure of the eighth hymn (to be divided in two different poems). Moreover, the study of ancient and late antique metrical and musical theories reveals hitherto unexpected features about both production and performance of Synesius' hymns

Questo volume contiene le relazioni che si sono tenute nell'aprile 2002 durante il colloquio in occasione del settantesimo compleanno di Max Pfister. I singoli contributi trattano dell'elaborazione e dell'utilizzazione delle banche dati in Internet e su CD-ROM, dei problemi ecdotici che si presentano nella trasformazione delle basi testuali in forma elettronica e dell'importanza dei nuovi media per vari progetti attuali incentrati sulla lessicografia storica dell'italiano. In the last few years, the headlong development of electronic data carriers and electronic data transmission has occasioned changes in historical lexicography that mark the onset of a new epoch. The volume contains articles by authors specializing in Italian Studies, French Studies, and German Studies on the establishment and use of databases on the internet and on CD-ROM, editorial principles and problems in the preparation of textual base material, and case studies on the significance of the new media for ongoing projects in the historical lexicography of Italian.
